Arrive in Jomo Kenyatta Int’l airport – Nairobi (NBO); you will be transferred by our representative to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to acclimate to your new time zone and prepare for the African adventure that awaits you.

Nairobi is a surprising city, with excellent large hotels, small boutique properties and world-class restaurants. There is a strong British influence with everything from high tea to their bit of formal friendliness.

With an extra day, we can arrange for visits to the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage and Giraffe Center. Sheldrick's is located in the Nairobi National Park. It is here that orphaned or hurt baby elephants and rhinos are taken to rehabilitate back into their natural habitats.

Giraffe Center or AFEW, is a non-profit organization that has been established to educate visitors on Kenya's wildlife and environment. It is on the grounds of the world-famous Giraffe Manor where you can kiss a giraffe from a raised platform. Overnight at Tamarind Tree Hotel. Meal Plan: Breakfast

07:30hrs: depart and drive to Kenya Central Highlands with a brief stopover at the Equator Point just after Nanyuki Town. Here, the locals perform a water demonstration to qualify the position of the Equator and for a small tip, you will be awarded an ‘Equator Certificate’.  Drive on to Ol Pejeta Conservancy arriving in time for lunch at your Camp, followed by an afternoon at leisure to enjoy the facilities at the Camp that include a swimming pool.  16:00hrs enjoy an evening game viewing drive in the Conservancy. Ol Pejeta Conservancy is situated on the equator, between the foothills of the Aberdares and the magnificent snow-capped Mount Kenya. You get the opportunity to get up close to Fatu and Najin, the last two Northern White Rhinos in existence. They are the daughter and granddaughter of Sudan, the last male of their kind who died in 2018. The Northern White Rhino is a subspecies of the White Rhino, the other being the Southern White Rhino. The two are the only remaining northern white rhinos in the world. The conservancy is home to the endangered species like the African wild dog, cheetah and oryx, Grevy’s zebra, beisa oryx, and Jackson’s hartebeest. Alongside these, you’ll find giraffes, baboons, hippos, and hyenas. Overnight at Serena Sweetwaters Camp or Similar.  Meal Plan: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

After break, enjoy full day game viewing drives.  Host to all the members of the ‘Big Five' (elephant, rhino, lion, buffalo and leopard), the conservancy has a higher wildlife-to-area ratio than any Kenyan national park and is one of only four private game conservancies to have been founded in Kenya.

At the forefront of the Kenyan conservancy program, the conservancy boasts the largest Black Rhino Sanctuary in East Africa, hosts the only Chimpanzee Sanctuary in Kenya. Sweetwater’s chimpanzee sanctuary has been home to orphaned chimpanzees since 1993 and has provided a natural environment to the non-indigenous species within an island on the park. Chimpanzees that arrive at the sanctuary are nursed to health and released into the conservancy – and Ol Pejeta is the only place in Kenya where you can find these animals. Thereafter, we visit Baraka the Blind Black Rhino. Baraka was one of the first rhinos born on the Ol Pejeta Conservancy. After losing an eye to an infection following a fight he, unfortunately, developed a cataract in the other eye and subsequently became completely blind. With a low chance of survival on his own, Baraka was moved from the wild to a 100-acre enclosure to ensure his safety. Baraka is now an ambassador for his species – and a popular attraction at Ol Pejeta. There is a feeding platform from which visitors can get up close to view and feed him, an experience not to be missed. Overnight at Serena Sweetwaters Camp or Similar. After breakfast, we depart for Lake Nakuru National Park. Enjoy magnificent views of the Great Rift Valley Escarpment en-route to arrive in time for lunch at Nakuru Sopa Lodge. Lake Nakuru was crowned a national park in the sixties and – in addition to its attractive lakeland scenery – it’s best known for its absolutely superb birdlife, with over 450 species recorded. This region of Kenya is also one of the densest rhino populations on the continent. Other many wildlife like buffalos, rhino, tree climbing cheetahs can easily be seen. Take an extensive full day game drive into the reserve covered with rolling grasslands dotted with acacia and hazy forested hills and riverline bush where the Mara River and its tributaries meander, Maasai Mara is considered by many to be Kenya’s finest game reserve, the 1510 sq Kms of this reserve adjoin Tanzania’s well-known Serengeti, forming one eco-system. The open rolling savannah grassland of the Mara is the home of numerous wildlife species including elephant, rhino, lion, cheetah, leopard, hyena, jackal, buffalo, eland, topis, impala, gazelle, warthog and zebra. From June to October, the annual Wildebeest migration takes place when thousands of these animals sweep across the plain and seek out new grazing areas, a full day game drive with picnic lunch at the hippo pool on the banks of the Mara River were the crossing of the Gnus [wildebeests] takes place while the killer crocodiles awaits will be the best experience ever. you will have a visit to the Maasai Village to learn about Maasai culture and traditions in these very special village experience, the first of their kind in the Masai Mara.  Overnight at Mara Prideinn Camp or Similar. After an early breakfast in the Lodge, check-out and depart to Lake Naivasha arriving right in time for lunch. Enjoy the scenic views of this large freshwater lake surrounded by grassy banks and olive trees. Cruise the lake on a boat, watching for hippos, crocodiles, and buffalo; and peer through your binoculars to spot lovebirds, ibis, and the African fish eagle. Step ashore at Crescent Island—a peaceful wildlife sanctuary located in the middle of the lake— and enjoy a guided stroll in search of wildebeest, zebras, and giraffes. After breakfast, checkout and we depart for Amboseli National Park arriving in time for lunch at Ol Tukai Lodge with game viewing en-route. The Lodge is Set against the magnificent backdrop of Africa's highest mountain, the glittering Mount Kilimanjaro.

Amboseli is a place of stark contrast, the name meaning “salty dust” in Maasai. Amboseli, despite its sometimes dry and dusty appearance, has an endless supply of water filtered through thousands of feet of volcanic rock from Mt. Kilimanjaro’s snow melt. These underground streams converge into clear fresh water springs in the heart of the park. If you are lucky, you may get to see the shimmering dry lakebed with false mirages of populated horizons.

Full day in Amboseli National Park with morning and afternoon game viewing drives. Up at dawn – the Amboseli plains are golden with the new day’s sun. This is also the time that the lions go on their hunts. Every turn will bring a new wildlife surprise. Elephant are a dominant presence in Amboseli. Here, you are able to spot some of the older “tuskers” lumbering almost delicately before the backdrop of highest free-standing mountain in the world - Mount Kilimanjaro. Herds of zebra and wildebeest are easily seen. Amboseli is also the home to Cape Buffalo, hippo, eland, giraffe, as well as cheetah. Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge or Similar. Enjoy very early morning game drive followed by full breakfast. Thereafter we depart back to Nairobi and proceed to Carnivore Restaurant for an early farewell dinner (at traveler’s expense). Meats are roasted on traditional Maasai swords over a huge charcoal pit that dominates the restaurant's entrance. The rough-hewn beams combine the rustic feel of a rural setting with that of a medieval banqueting hall. The Carnivore doesn't conform to the familiar restaurant traditions, “Africa’s Greatest Eating Experience”. After dinner, we shall transfer you to the airport for your homebound flight.
